The place was clean,
there was no bed linen for the sofa beds the mattresses on sofa beds were in a dreadful state, the pool had not seen any water for years, all the photos on website were very old and misleading

Location was unbeatable and stunning, just next door to local pub as well as buses. Also, it was based in the middle of the city...
I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location was great, close to the city of Bath and other attractions. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing some basic essentials like milk, coffee, and tea.
there was a strange smell lingering in the apartment, which was quite unpleasant. we noticed some areas that were not as clean as we would have liked.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and had a touch of elegance. The beautiful Georgian style and well-maintained general areas made me feel like I was living in a classic British novel. As a senior, I really appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to climb and the rooms were spacious, allowing me to move around comfortably.
It would have been better if there were more assistance available for senior guests. The children working there were polite, but having someone specifically designated to help with luggage or provide assistance with any special needs would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for seniors.

We stayed at The Old School Rooms Beautiful Georgian Apartment near Bath for a weekend getaway. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with modern bathrooms and a large living room. The landlord was thoughtful, providing us with bagels, milk, butter, jam, coffee. The pool table was a fun bonus, and we appreciated the off-street parking. The location was convenient, with easy access to buses into Bath and a local pub and store. Slippers were even supplied, and the washing machine and dryer came in handy.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. It felt like having a personal chef, but without the Michelin star! The lounge area was fantastic, with comfortable seating for 8, a flat screen Sony TV, and a cozy sofa bed. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The apartment had 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort of a home. The apartment had a terrace with pool views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset drink. It was like having a private oasis right outside our door. The apartment was located in an area with great outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. It was a nature lover's paradise!
Basement apartment.
